We collect the contact, billing, service-address, access, scheduling, household-safety, service, technician, and pesticide-application information needed to sell and perform your service. BartOS also records the date, time, browser information, and network address when you accept these terms so we can preserve an accurate business record.
Payment-card details are entered into the payment processor and are not stored in full by BartOS. Website and advertising tools may collect device, page, referral, and campaign data through cookies or similar technology when those tools are enabled.
We use information to process an order, route and perform service, communicate about an appointment, maintain required pesticide records, prevent fraud, support the customer, improve operations, and understand which marketing produced an order. We do not sell personal information.
Information is shared only as needed with ClickFunnels for sales pages and order data; Stripe for payment processing; Square for in-field, door-to-door payment processing and the customer contact information entered at the time of sale; IONOS for business email and the private BartOS server; Google Maps Platform for geocoding and route planning; Apple Maps when a technician chooses phone navigation; and the selected AI-model provider when an authorized technician submits a pest-ID question or field photo. Technicians are instructed not to include faces, personal documents, or unrelated private areas in pest-ID photos.
We may also disclose records when law requires it, including to the Structural Pest Control Board, Department of Pesticide Regulation, or county authorities. If advertising pixels or new providers are enabled later, this notice must be updated before they receive customer data.
We may send transactional messages about an order or appointment. Optional marketing text consent is separate, is not a condition of purchase, and may be withdrawn by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Commercial email includes an unsubscribe method.
We keep service, acceptance, payment-reference, and pesticide records for the period needed for business, tax, safety, dispute, and legal obligations. California pesticide-application records cannot be deleted while mandatory retention applies. You may ask to access, correct, or delete other information; we will honor the request when applicable law and required records allow.
We use access controls, encrypted connections, limited technician permissions, and tested backups, but no online system can promise absolute security. For a privacy request, email bart@bartsbugsbegone.com with “Privacy Request” or call (661) 751-5542.
